I thought I would share with you a book a friend of mine wrote. KJ Griffin is an up and coming mystery novel writer. Her most recent book is about team in search of a little boy missing in New York City. I think KJ’s prologue, will give you a better idea of what the story is about.
There is never a dull moment in Manhattan, as one New York City police officer will tell you. Aaron Parker is a bottom-feeder in the hierarchy of the department until he finds himself involved in the disappearance of a young boy. Ryan Andrews is kidnapped, with no apparent clues left behind for the police until Aaron, along with his suave partner Tony Brock discover the hidden truth behind the kidnapping. Family secrets will surface and the dead will be reincarnated. A dark conspiracy takes shape with every new development and people will be betrayed by those they once trusted. While this drama takes place, Aaron is forced to deal with his own demon—his wife Clair. Throw in a bombing and a terrorist involved with the Irish Republican Army and you get a deadly cocktail that only the amazing team of Aaron and Tony can solve.
This book is available through a few online retailers. I’m hoping to pickup a copy soon. Maybe it will help kick off my summer reading. You can also check out some of KJ’s other published works on her website at http://www.kjgriffin.com Can you solve the mystery?
